Bayer Becker helped work on The Gantry which is a $15 million mixed-use development which includes 131 apartments and 8,000 square feet of retail space. This new development is located on Hamilton avenue and just celebrated its grand opening. This project was Northside's first large-scale new construction in its district in more than 60 years. Liberty Center plans to develop a mixed-use project that would include luxury condos and a specialty grocery store. The goal of this resdiential housing is to allow people to live close to retailers but not within a town center environment. They would like to begin developing this project either in the summer or fall. Bayer Becker and 3CDC is working on transforming the corner of 15th and Vine into an office and retail building. They are currently looking for one or two offices to occupy the space. If approved, the project should be completed in the summer or fall of 2017. Bayer Becker helped the neighborhood of Avondale finally get a grocery store. The neighborhood's last grocery store, Aldi, closed in 2008. Construction was scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2016. To read more about this new grocery store see the article below.  

Two developing groups have been working on perserving four historic buildings and constructing a new mixed-use building. This project will cost approximately $25 million to develop and will be located on the northwest corner of Liberty and Elm streets. The groundbreaking for this project will begin in fall of 2016. Bayer Becker provided designs for the Austin Park Apartments in Miami Township. This new residential development will include 226 units and will be right across from the Austin Landing development.
