28 city-owned properties in Uptown have been sold to develop a new mixed-use project. Bayer Becker is providing both civil engineer and survey services for this project. Kasich announced the following appointments: Etta M. Reed of West Chester (Butler Co.) has been reappointed to the Ohio Soil and Water Conservation Commission for a term beginning June 29, 2017, and ending June 28, 2021.

Benedictine Sisters sell 85 Acres for Development

Bayer Becker will help provide services for this mixed use project in the City of Villa Hills. This property includes 85 acres that overlooks the Ohio River. After being subject to study for two years, the estate is finally ready for development. Read more in the article below. 

New Kroger in Downtown Cincinnati

 The cat's out of the bag! Just annouced moments ago - Bayer Becker will partner with the best of the city on the new downtown Kroger store. We will be providing the following services: site planning, transportation engineering, and street scape design. Ryan Laber Featured in ASCE Magazine

Our very own Ryan Laber was featured in the American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) May 2017 magazine for partaking in ASCE’s annual Legislative Fly-in. Ryan is an Engineer in Training in the OTR Office. He and other civil engineers from across the country traveled to Washington DC and met with members of Congress and their staff to both share ASCE’s latest Infrastructure Report Card and advocate for increased investment in America’s infrastructure.
